SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Charges of disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon will force a Sheboygan man to serve six months in the local jail.

Reserve Judge Terrence Bourke sentenced 40-year-old Marqus Hatch last week after he reached a plea deal.  He pleaded no contest to the two offenses in exchange for dismissal of fourth-degree sexual assault and intimidating a victim charges.

The criminal complaint states Sheboygan Police were called to a Walgreens back on September 10 to investigate a theft of money from a person.  The victim told investigators she had just gotten money from an ATM when Marqus and another person spotted her.  This led to Marqus stealing the money by touching her without her permission.

Police reportedly found Marqus a few days later, and it was at that time he was found with brass knuckles.

This jail sentence will be added on to another jail sentence Marqus is currently serving for two bail jumping offenses back in 2013.
