SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan Falls man was recently sentended to 60 days jail, plus two years each of a license revocation and an ignition interlock requirement, for his fourth OWI offense from last August.

50-year-old Gary Landwehr was sentenced by reserve Judge Terrence Bourke after reaching a plea deal with Sheboygan County prosecutors.  In exchange for pleading no contest to the OWI, a charge of operating with a PAC fourth offense was dismissed.

According to the criminal complaint against him, Sheboygan Falls Police were called to investigate an incident August 24 of a motorcycle that left the roadway and the driver tipping over while in the ditch.

The motorcycle was found at a home on Forest Boulevard, where Landwehr was inside.  Officers asked him to perform field sobriety test after noticing he was exhibiting signs of being under the influence, and he was arrested after he failed the tests.

Landwehr reportedly said he had six to eight beers that day, and a blood alcohol test found his level to be more than twice the legal limit.
