SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan woman has avoided the worst of the prison time she could serve for now after a sentence was handed down this week for her connection with illegal drugs.
Judge Angela Sutkiewicz ordered Chelsee Walloch to serve 60 days in the local jail, plus two years of extended supervision with counseling, for felony bail jumping. If she fails to complete this, she faces 30 months in a state prison. Charges of maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.
Prosecutors charged Walloch with the three offenses after she was connected to a bike theft case back in late September. The criminal complaint states Sheboygan Police searched her home after a suspect for the theft indicated he visited the place to conduct drug activities.
Police were familiar with the location, after an undercover surveillance found evidence of drug sales and activities taking place there in late July.
Walloch was charged and found guilty of possessing THC, narcotic drugs, and amphetamines, and she was given a two year probation sentence back in October.
