SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The two candidates for Sheboygan mayor will meet in a debate Wednesday night in the Rocca Room of the Mead Public Library. The debate between incumbent Mayor Terry Van Akkeren and challenger County Supervisor Mike Vandersteen begins at 6:30. It is being sponsored by the Sheboygan Press, Lakeland College and the Chamber of Commerce. The two candidates, who will meet again in the election on April 2nd, will also be on Sheboygan’s Morning News next week. Vandersteen will be in-studio on Monday at 8:40. Van Akkeren will be in on Tuesday at 8:40.
