SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Fond du Lac man will serve 18 months in a state prison, plus two years extended supervision, for selling cocaine in the Sheboygan area earlier this year. Judge Timothy Van Akkeren sentenced Jomo Lloyd last week after the 48 year old pleaded no contest to one count of manufacture/deliver cocaine.
According to the criminal complaint, an undercover agent with the Sheboygan County MEG Unit was able to set up a controlled buy for cocaine with a person called “Moe” back on May 20. Llody was connected as the seller after investigator conducted a search of the vehicle the drug seller used to leave the buy scene. The charge was filed in August.
Online court records show Lloyd will serve this sentence in concurrence to a 2003 Milwaukee County sentence where Lloyd was found guilty of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a felon in possession of a firearm.
