WAUKESHA, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will have to serve out his prison term for exposing himself to two children in 2010, one of which he was mentoring. 33 year old Macaulay Krueger has lost his appeal of his conviction in Sheboygan County Court in December of 2010 of causing a child to view a sex act. He is currently serving an 8-year prison sentence. Macauly had contended, among other things, that there was insufficient evidence that he caused the 11 year old boy and 11 year old girl to view sexually explicit conduct. He contended that putting on a condom in front of them was not sexually explicit conduct and that evidence in the case was based on perjury. Macaulay had contended he was teaching the children about sex. In a decision handed down today, the 2nd District Court of Appeals ruled that evidence in the case supported the jury’s verdict and the judges affirmed the conviction.
