SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan County Board Tuesday night approved new labor contracts with three county bargaining units. Deputies in the Sheriff’s Department get a three year contract with across the board wage increases of 3 percent the first year, 2 and a half percent the second and 2 percent in the third. HR Committee Chair Devin LeMahieu said the officers will contribute half of their pension, meaning they will actually take a pay cut. Supervisors also approved 1-year agreements for highway workers and social workers, providing 2 percent wage hikes.
