SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will spend ten years in state prison for inappropriately touching four sisters.
Judge Terence Bourke sentenced Jose Diaz Tuesday to the jail time plus 10 years extended supervision. The 54 year old pleaded no contest to a charge of first degree sexual assault, while three counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child were dismissed.
According to the criminal complaint, Diaz began interacting with the sisters, ranging in age from four to ten, after their family moved to Sheboygan in February of 2014. In September of that year, Sheboygan Police became involved after one of the sisters said Diaz inappropriately touched her multiple times. The other sisters also said Diaz acted the same way with them.
The criminal complaint states Diaz admitted to one touching incident over clothing.
