SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Milwaukee man, the third person charged in a heroin overdose death in Sheboygan, will serve time in state prison.  Judge Terence Bourke sentenced Jerry Quinn Junior this week to seven years confinement, plus eight years extended supervision.

Quinn, found guilty by Judge Bourke in a court trial in May of first degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs, was charged in connection to the death of 26 year old Nadine Rothering in August of 2014.

Quinn, along with Monica Sanchez of Sheboygan and Abbey Miller of Sheboygan, helped Rothering to obtain the heroin she overdosed on.

Both Sanchez and Miller faced a similar charge, and were sentenced last month.  Miller will serve three years in state prison plus three years extended supervision.  Sanchez will serve two-and-a-half years in state prison plus three years extended supervision.

Sanchez’s sentence also covers two other charges she faced for similar heroin overdose incidents in Sheboygan over the past two years.
