SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Plymouth man will spend four years behind bars after pleading no contest to manufacturing and dealing heroin. In Sheboygan County Court Tuesday, Judge L. Edward Stengel sentenced 26 year old Joshua Huston to the jail time and five year extended supervision.
Last December a Plymouth woman overdosed on heroin, allegedly provided by Huston. He and another person, 22 year old Calla Herziger of the Elkhart Lake area, purchased it from the Milwaukee area. Emergency responders were able to save the woman’s life.
Herziger was sentenced in May to five years of probation, with a possible three years in jail if she fails to follow her probation.
