SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Two Sheboygan County men face charges for beating up a man and robbing him for possible retaliation.  24 year old Robert Ritt Junior of the Town of Plymouth and 23 year old Steven Adamavich of Sheboygan each face robbery with use of force and substantial battery felonies.

Criminal complaints say a 22 year old man went to Adamavich’s home on North 15th Street in the early morning of June 12th to purchase marijuana.  It was a place where he had purchased marijuana before.  Instead, the victim said Ritt and Adamavich beat him up, alleging he stole an X-Box from the place.

The victim was allowed to leave after ten minutes.  He was treated at Sheboygan Memorial Hospital for a broken nose and other cuts and bruises.  He also found his wallet was stolen.

Sheboygan Police arrested the two suspects last Friday - Adamavich at his home and Ritt at his workplace.  When interviewed, Ritt admitted to law enforcement of striking the victim and taking his wallet.

Adamavich also faces three drug related charges after law enforcement found marijuana and paraphernalia at his home when conducting a search.
