SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Three Sheboygan teenagers are facing charges for separate sexual acts against minor girls.
18 year old Phoenix Reyes faces two sexual assault of a minor under 16 felonies. He is accused of having sex with two teenage girls last September on separate occasions. The criminal complaint states Reyes denied the acts at first, but later admitted to them.
17 year old Devlin TenHaken faces one sexual assault of a minor under 16 felony for his actions to a 15 year old girl at his home Tuesday. In the criminal complaint, TenHaken told law enforcement the two had been dating for five months and had plans on getting married when they both turned 18.
19 year old Jeremiah Detiege faces two sexual intercourse with a child misdemeanors for having sex with a 17 year old female in March.
All three made their initial court appearance on Thursday. Reyes and TenHaken each face up to 40 years in prison, while Detiege faces up to 18 months.
