SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Kevin Matichek will be back in court today. The former Sheboygan alderman has two hearings scheduled in Sheboygan County Court this morning.
One hearing is scheduled for 10:30 in front of Judge Terrence Bourke and deal with two separate cases. One is for charges of possessing child pornography. The other is for a charge of a public officer accepting a bribe.
The other hearing is scheduled for 11am in front of Judge Angela Sutkiewicz for a charge of repeated sexual assault of a minor.
District Attorney Joe DeCecco tells WHBL News both hearings are expected to be updates for the cases with no major developments expected.
Matichek is facing nine charges in four cases in Sheboygan and Ozaukee counties for his alleged sexual actions with teenage boys from 2002 to earlier this year.
