SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will serve jail time for causing injuries to his son.
25 year old Thomas Stone the Third entered a no contest plea last Friday to a child abuse-recklessly cause harm felony. Judge Terence Bourke found Stone guilty, and then sentenced him to 110 days in prison and two years of probation.
Stone was charged after he caused facial injuries to his five year old son in March when he dropped him while disciplining him.
Stone will not be allowed to have any violent or abusive contact with any children during his probation sentence, but is eligible for work release and counseling deemed appropriate.
