SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) -

Two Sheboygan County men are still scheduled to face trial for their recent actions in separate incidents.

34 year old Michael Grudzielanek waived a preliminary hearing in Sheboygan County Court this week, and entered a not guilty plea to his fifth OWI offense. Prosecutors say Grudzielanek drove back to his home in the Town of Wilson from the Potawatomi Hotel last month drunk.

18 year old Mitchell Weber also waived a preliminary hearing this week, and also entered a not guilty plea to sending threatening computer messages.  Weber is accused of violating a bail bond when he sent four text messages to an ex-girlfriend, and referenced her in a Twitter message, last month.  Weber is also facing charges of harming the ex-girlfriend back in March at the apartment the two shared for a time in Oostburg.

Online court records show both will have their next court hearings in June.
