SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - It will be probation for a Sheboygan man charged for getting a teenage girl pregnant. 22 year old Luis Santillan pled no contest back in April to a second degree sexual assault of a child felony.
The charge resulted from getting a then 15 year old girl pregnant last July. Santillan told police the sex was consensual.
Judge Timothy Van Akkeren ordered Santillan Friday to serve four years of probation with three months of jail time imposed and three months stayed.
