SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will be spending time in prison for armed robbery and heroin charges.
25 year old Adrian Johnson was found guilty by a jury trial in February of armed robbery for his role in a September 2013 incident. Prosecutors say Johnson convinced two men that he would sell them heroin, but instead stole money from them before fleeing.
On Tuesday, Judge L. Edward Stengel sentenced Johnson to ten years in prison, plus 15 years of extended supervision.
Johnson also pleaded no contest in April to a charge of manufacturing/delivery heroin. Judge Stengel sentenced Johnson to three years in prison and three years extended supervision for this charge, which will be served at the same time as the armed robbery sentence.
