SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will serve time in state prison for forgery and hit and run charges. 48 year old Kirk Riddle pled guilty in March to those charges, plus misusing I-D information to gain money and fleeing officers in a vehicle.
Prosecutors say Riddle stole several checks from a person in December of 2013 to gain money. Police were able to find him in Sheboygan later that month, but Riddle used a vehicle at times to elude law enforcement for a while before caught.
On Monday, Judge Angela Sutkiewicz sentenced Riddle to 18 months in state prison, plus 18 months of extended supervision.
Other charges against Riddle were read in and dismissed.
