SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - The man responsible for over a dozen burglaries in Sheboygan County from 2007 to 2012 will spend more time in prison.
As part of a plea deal announced Tuesday, 64 year old Dennis Petrie was found guilty of four counts of burglary and one count of theft of a firearm. About two dozen other similar counts were dismissed.
Judge Timothy Van Akkeren sentenced Petrie to three years in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision, as recommended by the prosecution and defense. This will be added to the four years of prison and four years extended supervision given to Petrie when sentenced for similar crimes in 2012.
