SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man faces charges for his alleged actions with a four year old girl. 29 year old Nicholas Shaffer is charged with first degree sexual assault of a child under age 12 and exposing a child to harmful material.
Prosecutors say the incident occurred earlier this month when Shaffer was babysitting a four year old girl at her apartment on Park Place. The child told Sheboygan Police Shaffer got naked, had her touch and pull his genitals, tried to touch her private area, and let her watch “naughty videos."
Shaffer made his initial court appearance Thursday, where a 50-thousand dollar cash bond was set.
