SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - February was another month where area unemployment rates rose.
The latest report from the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development shows the Sheboygan metro area gained one-hundred seasonally adjusted jobs in February from the previous month.
However, the unemployment rates for Sheboygan County and the City of Sheboygan increased two-tenths of a percent. Sheboygan County’s rate is now at 4.5-percent, while the City of Sheboygan’s rate is at 4.8-percent.
Across Wisconsin, the majority of rates for metro areas, counties, and major cities increased in February.
