Town of Lyndon, WI ( WHBL) – A Town of Lyndon man was injured in a grass fire Sunday afternoon.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department says the grass fire was called in around 1:30 pm, at N2827 Dusty Lane.
A press release indicates that the 61 year old male was transported to St. Mary’s Burn Center in Wauwatosa with significant burns to his lower extremities.
Several fire and rescue crews responded to the scene.
Investigators say the fire does not appear to be criminal in nature, and no further information is available.
