SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is charged for inappropriately touching his nine year old daughter.
29 year old Joseph Torres made his initial court appearance Thursday for a charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child. According to the criminal complaint, Torres allegedly tried to French kiss and inappropriately touch his nine year old daughter on multiple occasions. Sheboygan Police were informed after the girl’s mother found out and told the school the girl attends.
Torres remains in custody on a ten-thousand dollar cash bond.
