SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan County was one of a few bright spots when it came to home sales in Wisconsin last month.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association says the county had 22 more homes sold in November than the same month last year. The median price for a home also grew nearly 33-percent last month.
The strong month helped Sheboygan County gain on what has been a slow 2014 for homes sales. With one month left, Sheboygan County has seen 17 fewer homes sales than in 2013. The median home price remains the same than last year.
For Wisconsin as a whole, homes sales are down two-percent so far this year, while the median price has risen 2.9 percent.
