Home sales still down in Sheboygan County

SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan County’s slower year for home sales continued last month.

Data from the Wisconsin Realtors Association show the county had six fewer home sales in September when compared to the same month last year, down five percent.  The median home price was also down last month by 9.5 percent when compared to 2013 figures.

So far through the year, Sheboygan County home sales are down 4.2 percent and the median price is down 1.6 percent when compared to last year.

Wisconsin as a whole has seen home sales down 3.4 percent this year, but the median price is up 2.4 percent.
