SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man faces child sexual assault charges for alleged inappropriate touching of four sisters. According to the criminal complaint, 53 year old Jose Diaz is accused of touching the private areas of four girls ranging in age from 4 to 10 between March and September of this year. Based on interviews, Diaz helped the family out when they moved to Sheboygan in February. After that, the mother noticed Diaz spent a lot of time with the sisters, taking them out to the park or to get food. The sisters all said Diaz touched them under their clothing around their private parts multiple times. When authorities interviewed Diaz, he did admit to one touching incident but said it was over the clothing. He now faces up to 60 years in prison if found guilty of each charge.
