SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sentencing will take place December 9 for the Sheboygan man found guilty last week for his role in a heroin overdose death last year.
A jury took around two and a half hours to find 32 year old Travis Tramte guilty of reckless homicide for providing the heroin that 30 year old Kathryn Jakimczyk injected and died from at her North 9th Street apartment in July of 2013.
A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered Monday to help advise Judge L. Edward Stengel what sentence to give Tramte.
Tramte, who remains in custody, could get up to 25 years in prison.
