SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan woman who was dealing heroin in the city of Sheboygan has been sentenced to prison. 23 year old Michelle DeBecker had sold heroin to an undercover officer on two occasions last April and May. She was sentenced this week by Judge Timothy Van Akkeren to two years in prison to be followed by 3 years on extended supervision.
