SHEBOYGAN, Wis.(WHBL) - The Sheboygan Salvation Army is at 88 percent of its Christmas goal. Development Director Jeanne Kliejunas said they are closing in on the goal of $540,000 with some significant donations in the last two weeks. Kliejunas said they had a successful Christmas toy distribution but need financial support throughout the year to help poor households trying to stay in their homes. She said many of their clients are fragile, single parent families with young children who hope for some basic help with budgeting, bills and food.
