MADISON, Wis.(WHBL) - State Senator Joe Leibham of Sheboygan is the new President Pro Tem of the State Senate. Liebham was sworn in yesterday and said the position is one of six key leadership positions that will help organize and direct the legislative agenda of the Senate. In addition to serving as President Pro Tem, Liebham was appointed to various other committees and commissions, including the powerful Joint Finance Committee.
