
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - It was a very strong July for home sales in Sheboygan County.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association says the county has 32 more sales last month compared to July of last year, an over 31 percent increase. However, the median price of home sold dropped $1,800, or 1.4 percent.
So far this year, Sheboygan County has seen home sales increase by seven units, or less than one percent, from last year. Home prices are down 2.2 percent.
For the state of Wisconsin, the opposite is true as home sales are down 4.2 percent while the median price is up 2.9 percent when compared to 2013.
