TOWN OF SHERMAN, WI (WHBL) - Fire crews across southern Sheboygan County were called to a vehicle fire that burned part of a farm field west of Adell Friday morning.
Scanner reports indicated the initial call came in just after 10 a.m. off Indian Mound Road in the Town of Sherman between Lynn Road and Torke Road. Originally it was for a pickup/work truck that caught fire in the field, which eventually spread to the surrounding vegetation. Nearly a dozen units from the surrounding area were called to assist. The fire was out within an hour’s time.
