SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man was seriously injured Tuesday night when he was pinned against a trailer by a backing vehicle. The Sheriff’s Department said it happened shortly after 7 o'clock in the 4000 block of South 8th Street in the town of Wilson. Sgt. Jim Gottsacker said 45 year old Dione Knop, of Sheboygan, was backing out of a driveway and 53 year old John Schleinz, whose vehicle was pulling a trailer, was parked behind her. Gottsacker said Schleinz got out of the vehicle and was attempting to direct Knop around the trailer, but she didn’t see him and struck him, pinning him against the trailer. He suffered incapacitating injuries and was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital.
