WAUWATOSA, WI (WHBL) - Iraq war veteran Benjamin Sebena has been arrested for the Christmas Eve murder of his wife, Wauwatosa police officer Jennifer Sebena. Benjamin was booked into the Milwaukee County Jail Wednesday night on a possible charge of first-degree intentional homicide. The district attorney’s office will now review the evidence before deciding what charges, if any, to file. Jennifer Sebena, who was 30, was shot multiple times while on duty early Monday. Her body was found near Wauwatosa’s downtown fire station, two hours after she failed to respond to a radio call. Her funeral will be taken place on Saturday at the Elmbrook Church in Brookfield. She had been a Wauwatosa police officer for almost two years. Her husband served two tours-of-duty in Iraq, and was wounded on his second trip.
