SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Downtown Sheboygan’s major painting project will be getting underway in about two weeks. Benjamin Moore is providing all of the paint, stain and supplies for the first-floor facades of the 22 buildings on 8th Street. The buildings are located in the block between Penn Avenue and Center, and Wisconsin and Niagara Avenues. The work will be done on the first floors and property owners have been encouraged to paint the upper floors. Sheboygan was one of 20 communities across the country selected for the Paint What Matters program after Sheboyganites won an online voting contest. Weather-permitting, the work will be completed by mid-May.
