SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Sheboygan Police are investigating after a masked man walked into the Walgreens at 14th and Erie about 2:30 Thursday morning and grabbed 10 cartons of cigarettes, put them in a bag, and fled. The incident remains under investigation.
