SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A former Plymouth resident is bound over for trial for possessing child pornography on his cell phone. 23 year old Dustin Courchaine entered not guilty pleas in Sheboygan County Court Wednesday to 12 child pornography charges.
Plymouth Police received the cell phone last month from a Plymouth woman who had allowed Courchaine to stay at her place for a few days and found disturbing files names on it. An investigation determined there were a dozen pictures of underage children performing sexual activities. Courchaine did tell authorities he had downloaded the images from the internet over the past weeks or months.
