SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who made a bomb threat at Nemak in Sheboygan, formerly J.L. French, will spend 3 months in the county jail. 23 year old Thomas Smith was sentenced recently in Sheboygan County Court and will also spend three years on probation. Smith admitted to writing notes found in the bathroom at Nemak in February of 2013 and again last October in an effort to get off of work early. 20 year old Nicole Morgan, of Sheboygan, was also involved and she will be sentenced February 14th.
