SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Parts of Sheboygan’s north side lost power for up to an hour Thursday morning. A spokesperson for Alliant Energy said an equipment failure occurred at a substation on North Avenue at 9:31. Crews were able to fix the problem with power returning by 10:30. The outage affected 275 customers.
