SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man who was dealing cocaine in the city of Sheboygan has been convicted by a Sheboygan County jury following a three-day trial. The jury deliberated for about two hours last week and then found 38 year old Marcus Henry guilty of possessing cocaine with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug trafficking place. No date for sentencing has yet been set. Henry had been under surveillance in October of last year and was arrested after officers witnessed a drug transaction. They later executed a search warrant and found cocaine hidden behind trees and shrubs outside of an apartment in the 1400 block of South 38th Street where Henry had been staying.
