
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Home sales and prices went down in Sheboygan County last month when compared to last year. According to the most recent figures from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, 15 fewer homes were sold last month than in October of 2012. The median price also went down 11 thousand dollars.
Despite last month’s drops, the year to date numbers remains above where they were at this time last year. In Sheboygan County homes sales are up 10.4-percent, while median prices are up 10.3-percent. In Wisconsin for 2013, homes sales are up 12.4-percent, with median prices up 7.5-percent.
