SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A young Sheboygan man who was allegedly dealing marijuana in the Sheboygan area has been busted. 19 year old Quincy Soun was arrested last Friday after police tracked a Fed Ex package containing marijuana shipped from California to his home on Alabama Avenue. Officers executed a search warrant and also located a substantial amount of marijuana in the trunk of Soun’s car. According to the criminal complaint filed Tuesday, Soun told investigators he’s been selling the drug for a couple of months. He admitted he pays 2,500 dollars per pound and then sells the marijuana to his friends for whatever he can get. Soun is now facing up to 16 years in prison if convicted.
