RANDOM LAKE, WI (WHBL) - An employee of the Random Lake School District may face charges in connection to the theft of more than 500 IPads and other computer tablets from the district.
Captain David Adams of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said they received word from the district last week of the incident. The theft, which is believed to have taken place over a period of time, is believed to involve around 180-thousand dollars worth of computer items.
Adams says an investigation is continuing, and will refer the suspect to the district attorney’s office for charges once information for charges has been obtained.
