SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Sheboygan teen involved in the high speed chase early Friday morning has been charged with felony burglary and numerous other charges in Sheboygan County Court. 17 year old Andrew Beltran is facing 11 different charges after stealing a vehicle with a 15 year old boy, running from police on the highway, crashing and ditching the vehicle in Manitowoc County, then stealing and wrecking another vehicle. While officers were questioning the two teens, they admitted to stealing an additional car, breaking into a garage, multiple storage sheds, and also attempted to enter the South High concession stand.
