RANDOM LAKE, WI (WHBL) - The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department is asking for public assistance in solving a string of burglaries and an armed robbery of a gas station in Random Lake last week.
Lieutenant Chad Broeren said the MSM 1 Mart on Wolf Road was robbed around 8:50 p.m. Saturday. The subject, wearing a ski mask and armed with a handgun, forced an employee to open a cash register, allowing him to leave with an unknown amount of cash. This is the third time this gas station has been robbed in the past six months.
Broeren adds that during the overnight hours of last Wednesday three locations were burglarized; the ball diamond concession stand, Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church, and St. John’s Lutheran Church of Christ.
