SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man and woman, hooked on heroin, are facing numerous drug charges after their arrest this week. 32 year old Robert Torres is facing 5 counts of selling heroin in the city of Sheboygan while his girlfriend, 26 year old Serena Reif, has been charged with one count. The two had been under surveillance by the MEG Unit and were arrested on Monday. Authorities allege that Torres was bringing the heroin in from Milwaukee. According to the criminal complaint, he told officers he has a drug problem and needs help. When Reif was arrested, she allegedly had heroin concealed in her vaginal area. She told investigators that she is homeless and has been hooked on heroin for about 8 years.
