SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan teen who was clocked going 111 miles an hour in a 55 mile an hour zone has 60 days to pay a steep fine. 19 year old Collin Powell was traveling 111 miles an hour on Highway 32 in the town of Sheboygan Falls early in the morning on October 2nd. He appeared in court recently and pled no contest to the speeding charge and was fined $1000.
