SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - An elderly Random Lake woman is dead as a result of a two-car collision Thursday near Oostburg. The Sheriff’s Department said 87 year old Joy Pannier was airlifted from the scene to Froedert Hospital and died around 2am Friday. Lt. Mark Rupnik said the accident occurred shortly after 2pm when Pannier pulled out from the stop sign at County A and Highway 32 and collided with a car driven by 56 year old Kathleen Schemrich, of Sheboygan Falls, who was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
