SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A 23 year old Sheboygan woman has been busted 12 times since 2009 for driving with a revoked license. Abbie Pelishek was arrested on Tuesday after she was pulled over on County V. She was convicted of the same offense 3 times in 2009, twice in 2010, and 6 times in 2011. She is facing a year in the county jail and a fine of $2500.
