SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is going to prison for his part in the beating of another Sheboygan man last January. 26 year old Brian Christel was with Andrew Kunstman when he forced his way into a Sheboygan apartment and beat the victim with a baseball bat, causing a concussion and severe head lacerations. Christel provided the bat. He was sentenced yesterday by Judge James Bolgert to a year in prison to be followed by 2 years on extended supervision, and he was ordered to pay 9-thousand dollars in restitution for medical expenses. Kunstman will be sentenced next month.
